A Deep Dive Into Doshas For Finn & Lydia with Kitty Billings @ Meadows In The Mountains 2018

We first met kitty in the Mesa healing tent at Meadows in the Mountains festival where she was a shining light of positivity and energy amidst the festival mayhem all around us.
Kitty is a woman of many talents: having trained in various styles of yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic healing, zen Thai massage and movement and organic healing. She also has the voice of an angel and has composed and sung her own yoga music available on her website :

We ended up sheltering from a lightning storm at the time our podcast was due to be shot outdoors and so the result is this slightly adhoc joint Ayurvedic consultation perched by a window in a bell tent looking out at the Bulgarian mountains with literally hundreds of other people strewn around us!
