With Taoist Master Mantak Chia coming to Dublin to spread the word and ritual practice of Taoism in a series of workshops, Finn and Lydia took the chance to chat with Maire Ni G www.universaltao.ie , occupational therapist, yoga therapist for children with additional needs and Ireland's first healing Tao instructor.  We discussed the origins of Taoism and its relevance in the modern world, with a particular focus on longevity and sexuality.  We get introduced to concepts like the Jade Egg and learn a bit about the alchemical preparations that form part of the ritual around the practice of Taoism.
